How come presidents support illegals to come here to the US?

Did you know that mexican people have their own health programs that the governments pays... they also have housing called infonavit... that its giving to them after they are working for certain companies called maquiladoras.... and I know this because I live in the border and Juarez Mex is growing so much because of the housing... many businesses here in the US have closed down and taken their businesses to Juarez (they pay them less but they give them housing, bonuses, social security (health insurance) all for free!

How come presidents dont support that instead of supporting people to come here illegally

Not only that, but consider this:

NEW YORK (CNN) -- Mexican President Felipe Calderon Sunday demanded the United States surrender its sovereignty, abandon the rule of law and accede to Mexico's inherent supremacy.

Lou Dobbs says Mexican President Felipe Calderon is showing "blatant hypocrisy" on immigration.

In his state of the union address to the Mexican nation, Calderon established his imperialistic imperatives: "I have said that Mexico does not stop at its border, that wherever there is a Mexican, there is Mexico. And, for this reason, the government action on behalf of our countrymen is guided by principles, for the defense and protection of their rights."

This almost seems to say that the Mexican president does not recognize the right of the US to exist and that its territory really belongs to Mexico.

War should be declared on Mexico to solve this problem.

I fear the American people may began to defend them selves by arms, as they have in the past. If this should happen, would it be directed only at borders, or would it include any body that may look like they were illegal?
P.S. I have a green card.

It comes down to this, illegals are very important to the Mexican economy, they send millions in US Cash to their relatives, who in turn, spend it on mexican goods. In other words, Mexico makes a profit off of illegal immigration.

All Calderon cares about is:
1. Exporting the poor to the U.S.
2. Making sure those same poor send a portion of their U.S. pay back to Mexico.
It's a win-win for him, and a lose- lose for us.

I don't think he supports the illegals as much as the billions of dollars they send home to support their economy. He gets the money, we get the cheap labor. That seems to be the way it is, and everyone in power is fat, dumb and happy.

The only way mexico stays "afloat" financially is to export its chespest and most burdensome product, the indigent farm worker, to rich countries so that those countries wealth can be brought back to mexico.
