how do I set my download speed to max and upload speed to least ??

Right click the UPLOAD and DOWNLOAD speeds on the lower edge of the window, however IF you set an ulpad limit too low, the download speed will drop off too.
The idea of file sharing is to SHARE, for best speed use a site that's a membership one, so people leave stuff open longer to maintain their ratios

At the bottom of the utorrent window is this D and U thing with a set of numbers after it. Right click D to set the download speed and U for upload speed.

Right click on the utorrent icon bottom right of the screen, select upload / download limit and change them to what you desire.
