The point is, it's not so much I personally consume but what is a safe quantity.
There's chat about 1 unit or 2 units per day depending on one's age, weight, etc. For me a couple of glasses of wine a night with a meal or a few pints down the pub with my mates on a weekend is fine.
It's all a matter of being level-headed, disciplined and keeping it within reason.
I feel that when people start drinking spirits that it can all get out of control. Remember, drink detsroys lives, breaks up marriages and can lead to destruction.

About 4 bottles of wine a week. I don't drink any other kind of alcohol.

Not too much, drink only weekends, so i try catch up for the 5 days i dont drink for during the week!

Used to be about 80 standard drinks a week. I was an alco. Now none.

Some weeks i don`t consume any at all, some weeks a couple of glasses of wine and every few months a bottle of rum.....

Not a drop. Consumption of alcohol is a sin. Why would you want to drink something that affects your mind negatively and kills thousands every year?
