This was something out of my control. I thought I was doing what I was supposed to do. All the people who aren't trying to do right around me are doing well. What's up with that? Should I be like them because they seem to be doing fine.

Angel I am highly college educated and a graduate. Sometimes you can make good decisions and they backfire. This isn't a full monetary issue. Why do people assume people have problems because they are uneducated? Paleese.

Maybe you have come to a place in your journey where you need to rest a while and take stock of what you believe and where you are going with it. Don't be afraid to think it through. The fact that you are educated could be a reason to feel you are losing faith. You are thinking logically and coming to some different answers. I wish you well in your discoveries.

It's really a typical human behavioral trait, which goes on to a defensive mode as and when things either go out of control/ expectations or we need to justify the reasons for an outcome by self exoneration. The means(right) were fine for you as long as you got what you desired and since those means are not able to produce similar results, you have a problem or doubt about them.Normal and nothing personal with you. Now,are you sure that if you adopt the means used by other successful people shall work for you as well?Think again. It may not be so.It's a natural law(no religion)that means shall ultimately have their foot prints on the ends(good, bad or indifferent). You have to decide as to go for immediate gains or for a long term advantage.Faith has nothing to do with it as these are operational decisions and need not be permanent.

Ok, I hear what your saying and believe me sometimes I wonder the same things. To answer your question, NO, it is not wrong for you to have the occasional doubts. What I can tell you is this, put your full trust in God. Seek his face in times of trouble and he will comfort you. The gate is narrow and the way is long and winding. It is not promised that once a person becomes a Christian all will be perfect, in fact it say's that we will be persecuted for his names sake. That includes things that are out of our control. What we are promised is that our reward is coming, and believe me when I say it is far greater than anything on this earth. In conclussion, read the book of Job if you haven't already and see how God blessed Job when he seemed to have lost everything. Pray about it and I am certain that God will give you the peace that passes all understanding. BTW, you will be in my prayers today.

it's human nature to question things keep asking questions till you realize that the answers are to many and to subjective. Religion is all about easing the mind of death, morals, and being a better person contributing to society. You know how theres SO many different religions why? why have so many different religions? i think that there is one god who takes different forms so that diferent cultures understand ... or perhaps because God thinks he's fuckn hilarious and wants a little turmoil in the world to make it a more interesting place to be you need bad to reconize good, sad to reconize happy ... my beliefs consist of things taken from hinduism from buddism and from christianity... u dont have to choose a religious organization u dont even have to choose a religion at all .... you just set your moral and values to the standards you think you should live to and to the standards u think ur family should live to and then just be happy and tolerant of others beliefs good luck have faith no matter what kind it may be if its none at all!

we all have things happen that are out of our control....that is life...

people can be successful by following the ways of the world, which are not ethical. there may be success, but it will not follow them into the next life.

However, there are also ethical ways to succeed as well...make sure you are well prepared to do what you want....example education, right contacts, etc.

you should not loose faith just because you are not a success in the world...you are still alive and you can make changes and do better in the future.

just remember, god will not judge you on how successful you are anyhow....he will judge you on the kind of person you turned out to be...so just remember the worldly success is only temporary.....and what you want are eternal rewards instead.

"Every Taboo is Holy" it's a favorite ancient Eskimo saying of mine. If took me awhile to understand the significance of these profound words. But when I did, I believe I became a better person for it. Question your faith, G-d gave you the right to do so. He's on your side no matter how far you stray.

It's easy to lose faith, especially ,when the evil seem to be prospering. Keep this quote in mind. " The world watches as the wicked flourish like a bay tree and wonder if this is just, but the Psalmist looks farther down the road and witnesses their destruction and knows this is just."

We have lots of unhappy Christians. Every day and every thing isn't always going to make us jump for joy. when we get to the point you are at, we need to take Me out of the equation. I know it is hard but send a gift to the ones who aren't doing the right thing. IE.. a nice card or something. In other words do something nice to the ones who are doing you wrong. And don't lose faith, trust and pray and God will take care of the rest. God Bless

Jesus says to hold on to your faith. Sometimes things happen and you start to lose your faith but that is the devil trying to make you doubt God. The devil wants you to be like others so you will lose your blessings that God has planed for you. Study Gods word everyday and see what happens.
