1 joule = 1 watt-second
1 MW = 3,000,000 watts

1 hour = 3600 seconds
1 day = 24 hours

The joule is a unit of energy. The megawatt is a unit of power. Energy = Power x Time.

This should be enough for you to finish your own homework.
