No, but I didn't get my adult canines until I was twenty. The dentist thought I was lying about my age. There's nothing anyone can do to slow down or speed up the tooth maturation process

its a bit early, but its normal. watch it and see it dosent trouble you ..it wont if there is enough space in your jaw to let it erupt into its place.

well my mum and dad are both dentists and my brother who has just turned 15 is getting them, and they aren't allarmed or worried so i guess it's normal
