I found that patience and being able to enjoy food come with age. If I eat a pudding, these days I use a teaspoon, when I was a child I probably would've used a soup spoon and shovel the whole lot as fast as I could. Lol.

Yes, and that is so bad for you. I have the advantage of having a very thin husband. I take my cue from him. When I am nearly finished, he is still working on something, I slow down. You will be amazed at how full you will feel when you are done if you slow down. Grams

same here baby, whatever i bought, it was consumed at seconds, its not like i am not enjoying, if people want to understand, this behavior, they got to behave in such manner (eating faster), and where as taste is concerned, if people get taste in slow eating, then we also know fast eating gives too much pleasure.

Yes, particularly when I'm hungry. I guess we all sometimes have problems controlling our impulses when it comes to food.
