Excuse Me??? During WWII they would put huge 50 caliber machine guns on a jeep. . Look in the phone book and see welding or fabrication... Someone has to make something to mount the seat... Then attach to the jeep buggy... Could go on line to the Orange County Choppers.. They make motorcycles and have a TV show.... .

in addition to jed slades answer make sure that the belts you purchase have approval from both federal and state governments. the use of belts out of a wreck are frowned on as the stitching may have weakened in a accedent or had somthing on it that would cause the fabric to dry rot
don't cheap this job out. low bid aftermarket belt systems tend to fail when you need them the most [when the trail gets rough your child must remain secure]
