Take her to a vet!!! ! She could be choking on something. When I was child we had a cat that had a chicken bone lodged in his throat, he acted very much like yours is. The symptoms started slowly over a day or two. They worsened rapidly though and it was too late to save him once we got him to the vet. Sharp objects like needles with thread are common for cats to get caught in their mouth.

It really does make me crazy when people admit they are worried about their pets, yet they come on HERE for help. There are no vets on here, this is not the place for medical questions.
Take the cat to the vet. The drooling could be dental problems, but the nose dripping indicates respiratory troubles - but with vomiting as well, you've clearly got a very sick cat!
What are you waiting for exactly? VETS!

Stop worrying and go to the vet now. There are emergancy vets available...your cat sounds like it has been poisened by something it is really important that you get it medical attention as soon as possible!
Problems in the body that can cause drooling include:
Disorders of the esophagus, stomach, or intestines--blockage, nausea

Does your vet have an emergency phone number? If so, ring and ask for advice. Your cat defintely needs to see a vet, but how urgently I don't know.
One of our cats drools a lot, but only when he's in the throws of ectasy from being stroked a lot. But it's never coupled with nasal discharge and vomiting.
Please don't mess around asking people on here for advice, you need a professional for this question.

i had a cat that drooled as a child, it was a normal thing, but if she just started after being sick than you should take her to the vet, she could have eaten something poisonous. Good luck
