I have been with a girl for a few months now and we have started to have sex and i stop early (after 3min) before i ejaculate because i feel it coming on and i dont wana embarress myself. Any cures for premature ejaculation that will actually work?!

this is not premature ejaculation u r doing just fine u can start in the morning do foreplay stuff hold on and give oral let her orgasm then a second or 7 minutes to ejaculate is nonsense its ur orgasm then

try to not "hold" before you ejaculate
there is also an excersise called the kegel excersise that may work where you clench for as long as you can and release.
this may or may not work,
medication for this is costly,
talk to a physician.
