Why did god make us humans with an appendix, wisdom teeth, tail bones and body hair? Also, why did he make whales with hind leg bones? I am curious to any theories explaining why Yahweh did theese things.

That's actually not true about us growing bigger and living longer in the past. Humans live longer and are taller NOW than they were in the past. I guess you had it backwards.

a well organized and thought out question. Since nobody's answering, I'll take a shot. 1. We probably mean 'genus', but we really don't know what your definitions mean. We don't have a problem telling the difference between a bird and a crocodile, and understand that they can't mate. 2. There are a few ways to look at this. It's not that scientists aren't smart (although many have agendas), but they can be easily fooled by an omnipotent deity. Perhaps god set up the world just to look this way. Yes, we are scared of nuclear weapons and power plants. Aren't you? 3. Hey, when you've only got 6000 years to work with, there's really no time for speciation to different kinds. Limited time (in and of itself) is the limiting factor here. We just can't imagine 'billions' of years. It makes no sense to the human brain or human condition.

The "hind bones" on a whale aren't legs. They are there for the muscles that help in childbirth to attach to. The same with the tailbones in humans. Without them, we wouldn't be able to perform necessary bodily functions. The muscles have to attach to something. The appendix is for our immune system.

Hi i have no time to answer all, but the appendix is for our immune system. when the appendix is taken out our immune system is actually weakened. a little research on the net will show this.
when the appendix hurt or one is in pain drs normally just take it out, but there are other ways were you can keep it and make the pain go away i've seen it done

the appendix is part of the immune sysytem.
We use to live longer,and get BIGGER,so wisdom teeth were NOT a problem.Nowadays,we do not get as big,so our jaw stays smaller.Body hair to keep warm.
Whales need those bones to reproduce.
