Should I declare my complaint to greek police, or to turkish police ? Which court will judge and condemn him ?

Reading all the others up to this point they all say forget it, move on and so forth. Well I'm telling you this, go for it tell the police Greek and Turkish see if you make the news in both countries. Now I could almost assure you that even they would turn there heads as you tell them how you was insulted. They also will be more polite and deal with it and because it is a report have to take action, I'm sure with a very low priority and the jokes that will be said in the ready rooms. The news that this will make they are hungry for such stuff, gets them off the war for a Little bit and you get to be the butt of the world. How would that feel?
Would you rather just be called a "bastard"or a fool bastard. Do you even know what the word means?

where you are from is irrelevent.but where-ever it is,they must have some really good wacky tabacky.look its just this simple , this is a open opinion format, you say what you want to anyone,its called freedom of speech.If you do not like it you are free not to listen to it ,get it? Now; with that said if you think some-one has crossed the line,and is overtly rude and is consisently using bad language, the you can report him or her to the home page- YAHOO. And at " their" discreation, will warn him or cut off his acsess to this site. and thats all. As far as any legal action you do not have a leg to stand on.. IF you try to take this to police or court judge, you will only make yourself look really really stupid. Being insulted; is a fact of life, so get use to it. You do not have to like it, but understand that it is going to happen to you from time to time.Hope this helps...

My advice is to just ignore him. We're all anonymous here and some immature people feel that gives them the freedom to be rude and obnoxious and say things they don't have the courage to say face-to-face. We've all been insulted at one time or another; most of us don't even acknowledge it. If the insult is that offensive to you, click on the "report it" button. That will let Yahoo know of it. They may or may not take action against him (deleting his account) depending on how offensive they feel his comments are. Legal action involving the police? I don't know the laws in your country but here in the USA the police wouldn't consider that comment offensive enough to act upon.

Insults although not nice are not illegal. In complaining to the police you would need the person's legal name and address. At any rate, this type of complaint is not for the legal system. Your best bet is to report him to Yahoo Answers for not following community guidelines.

Get over it, your posting on a site that is accessible by the entire world! I guarantee it will not be the first time you are insulted. I have been insulted a few times myself, but actually I chuckle when I read it. Some people are very creative when they are insulting you! Now SHUT up and QUIT your CRYING!

I truly doubt you can take legal action against another user. We all have user names and avatars here. No one's real name or picture is used and no one outside of YA will know about it so your real life reputation is safe. Just report the person to YA and let them take care of it.

All you can do my friend is report the abuse, by clicking on the button of the same name. Maybe he will learn. Or report him enough times to get him kicked off the site.

Pretend he's not there and just keep going. If he becomes too annoying, report him to Yahoo! using the "Report" button and keep going. Don't let anyone slow you down.
