Text girl I don't know real well(but am trying to get to know her), but see frequently at a store where she works "Hey you work too much! You need to take a break!" She replies "I know I work to much but your always in here tho"
Does this seem like a slam on me for being in there or more like a green light?

I think its more of a green light because she has obviously noticed you in there. It also seems like she doesn't mind working because your in there a lot. Hmm. There's potential in this! Hahha -- Good luck!

That is a green light. In girl talk it means she thinks your cute and wants to see you more/ask her out. She defietly seems in to you. Have fun but keep your options open. Dont give her the wrong ideas otherwise she'll give up. Keep going regularly to the store.

Too soon to tell. Investigate more. Catch her name and start asking for her specifically whenever you go there. Do this regularly for a while, then suddenly stop going there for a shorter while. When you return, she'll wonder where you've been. Have a sad or sexy story ready. It's all downhill from there ...

Um that was your cut and call. Shoulda been like "do you like seeing me?" If she replies laughing, she'll probably start liking you, if not she's not interested. When talking try to sneak some flirt into your words.

Who knows? She doesn't have a lot of freedom to tell you to get lost if she doesn't like you. So you don't know if she likes you or not. Tell her, "I like you, I'd like to take you out, but if you're not interested I understand and won't bother you again." Then see what she says.

she likes you... like sooo much... when she says that you work to much... she is saying that she wants to go out with you! ... OR ... she is just saying that you work too much!
