Milk.

Regular, ordinary cow's milk. Loosen her right up.

Warm about 1/4 cup (sorry, I don't do metric) until it's just body temperature, and the cat should lap it right up.

I would get her to the vet ASAP. Cats that are constipated for any length of time can develop what is called megacolon, which can result in fecal incontinence at best and require surgical correction at worst.

Ideally, she would be hospitalized with an intravenous catheter and fluids, and receive frequent enemas. Once she is passing BMs on her own, she would likely go home on a high fiber canned cat food.

Good luck with her.

I'd get your kitty to the vet. Especially considering her age, something may be really wrong. If you were constipated for 3 days you'd be concerned too. I wouldn't waste any time trying home remedies to get her to go.

Take her to the Vet! ! ! or at least call. How would you feel after 3 days of being backed up?

1. milk
2. Put some vaseline on her lips, she will lick it and it will lubricate her intestine a bit and help her.
3. Your vet can apply a baby enema of glycerine to help her more, if she doesn't manage to poop until tomorrow, take her to the vet.

I would really keep an eye on her. Try giving her some laxitone. She may have a blockage and that is extremely dangerous if not treated so makes sure she goes soon.

get it to a vet. 3 days of being not able to defecate (sorry for the language!) is already a clinical case. Let him examine and take clinical history of your cat.

try putting some vegetable oil in her food, not much, about a teaspoon. I would take her to the vet and get that checked out. It could be a problem, good luck
