See if any of your grocery stores carry Twinings or Bigelow teas - their Earl Grey's are quite good. The Snapple version might have sweeteners in it, but chances are it is in fact "brewed" - just in huge quantities. That's not the way to first try Earl Grey or any other tea you want to try for the first time! I sometimes use Earl Grey when I make my iced tea, but I don't like it sweetened. Any tea that I like hot is also good as iced tea, but I think orange pekoe (like Salada or Red Rose) makes the best iced tea.

If your stores really don't carry Twinings or Bigelow teas, I know you can find Twinings online. Chances are you could also find Bigelow teas online. The boxes in the store normally have 10 or 25 bags each - maybe you're looking for larger boxes. I can also get Earl Grey loose leaf tea in a tin can (the one in my cupboard now is by Bigelow).

The biscuits are normally like a scone.
