Everything we do causes pollution.
Manufacturing windmills, making PV cells, making fuel cells, building hybrid cars, you breathing out, etc will all produce some pollution.
It's just a case of minimising it so that it doesn't cause us too much trouble.

Hello, Pollution means the contamination of a substance making it unhealthy or unsuitable for the organisms of that area. It may also mean contamination of drinking water, food, etc. The consequences are simple as well. The environment becomes unsuitable for the inhabitants and can cause various diseases in both humans and other animals or plants. Thats all I know for what details you've given. Hope this helps.

Usually, but cooking on open fires as in the 'developing' world countries creates more C02 than cooking in the developed world.
Put it this way; development gives health, education and communication. This gives populatoin growth and higher standards of living, and these are the things which generally cause pollution.
You could have development olong sustainable lines, but greed and consumerism tend to come in the wake of communication.
For a positive answer, google permaculture.

No, there are responsible green methods of building that minimize the effect on the environment. Development causes other problems, like loss of habitat, but it is not directly related to the production of pollutants.

There is natural pollution from volcanoes, bird and animal droppings, ozone in our atmosphere and these are not caused by development.

Sure it is... development causes more fuel to be used to heat and cool, trees and plants, and animals are destroyed because of development...
