Best buy I can find right now in a "GOOD small tv" is a 20" Toshiba (20HL67), for under $500. Check Amazon and Crutchfield.
You didn't give a budget! If you have none, go Sony LCD 26" Bravia, but expensive. Stay away from the ones you've never heard of, like Vizio, Olevia, Ilo, Element, Insignia, and Polaroid. Go with a name brand, quality, reliable set like Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba, or Hitachi. On your dresser, you could probably go up to a 32" LCD.

depends on if you want flat screen lcd or plasma... plasma tv's are cheaper but you can hook a pc up to a lcd. a small lcd goes for 4-5 hundred. Plasma a little less. I say save up your money and go for the 20 inch LG LCD at $479.
