dude it's simple and ill tell you now. Ive dated allot and I'm older then you. dont worry about going to far to impress her have fun and b yourself. now that thats out of the way find something you both like and ask her if she wants to hang out, it doesn't have to be a date. let her hang out a few time to get comfortable and during that hanging out you can let her know in a suddel way you like her. if that goes well. GO FOR IT. DONT BE NERVOUS JUST HAVE FUN AND YOU BOTH WILL HAVE FUN. women scare the hell out of most men because we want them so much. she is as human as you and feels the same about dudes. good luck
