I think in this country you are innocent until proven guilty.. The courts will have to decide.. but having her blood in the car doesn't make them look good.

I'm going to have to say Innocent until proven in guilty. But there is a part of me that thinks they may have over medicated their daughter and are now covering up for that. This case might go on for years just like the Jon Benet Ramsey murder.

I haven't read the details yet, but at this point I find it very hard to believe.
However . . . is it normal for parents to go out to dinner and leave their toddler-age children alone in a hotel room? I honestly don't know, since I'm not a parent myself.
But, if this part of their story is not believable, then maybe there's reason to cast suspicion on other parts of their story . . .

The evidence is rather damning. The car that they rented weeks after the kid went missing had her DNA in it.
They are both doctors. It is not hard to imagine that they used sedative to help the girl sleep so they could go out for a relaxing evening and not worry about her. Perhaps she was extra sensitive to it or vomited and asphyxiated.
Perhaps we'll never know.

this reminds me of the couple from Australia who's baby girl was taken by a dingo when they went camping.....at first everyone was looking for the baby ..then the authorities started to blame the parents and with the help of the media.....made it look very bad for the parents.....they were found guilty and served time in prison..years later they found the baby's night clothes .....then found out that indeed the baby had been taken and killed by a dingo....and the mother was then released from prison....

How is it possible that her blood would turn up in a car that they rented 25 days after they reported her missing?
If you can give me a sensible answer to that question I will change my mind about saying they are guilty and need to confess and quit making people feel sorry for them and looking for a child who is long dead.

it doesnt make sense! y would they give themselves SO much publicity and even visit the pope if they were the culprit, and i hardly belive she wrote that she gave the kids sleeping pills in her diary!! i think sje left the kids in the hotel room cuase it was mark warner and u always feel safe there!

It's like 'the dingo killed my baby' fiasco.
Only they know, and if they did, I hope they are punished for killing an innocent child.
