I haven't looked before but I will now, if you are familiar with the BitTorrent network, its possible its out there somewhere. Everyone should have happy trees in their life. I found some of it with a quick scan of popular torrent search sites. Heres a list to start with, and I'm sure there's even more out there.

I have found Bob Ross videos in our library. His shows used to appear in the Saturday morning segment of our art program on TV (I believe it was dish network). I have not checked it recently but I did watch a few pf his shows about a year back.
