I want to build a 48V 450amp dc controller for my EV.?

Does some out there have any circuit diagram that they can share with me for my electric vehicle project or recomemd any web site to look at.

You could use an H-bridge motor controller. Unfortunately, the only schematics I know of are for low-power versions. You should probably use MOSFETs as the main power elements, though, as they're great for low voltage/high current stuff.
