Chinese Characters (Hanzi) - Pinyin (phonetics) - English

More on tones (includes charts)
http://www.wku.edu/~shizhen.gao/Chinese101/pinyin/tones.htm

爱 - ài - love

尊敬 - zūn jìng - respect

信任 - xìn rèn - trust

白羊 - bái yáng - literally; white sheep, and it should be conjoined with (constellation) to avoid confusion, otherwise the tattoo will just mean "white sheep". As a Zodiac symbol, it should say "White Sheep Constellation" - 白羊 星座 - bái yáng xīng zuò - Aries

茉莉 (花) - mò lì huā - jasmine (flower)

I have two tattoos; one is of 观音 - "Guān Yīn" - "(Chinese Buddhist Angel/Apsara or Goddess of compassion) on my left arm. I got that one in Běijīng. On my right arm I have an "Apsara" (Hindu-Buddhist Angel) done by world famous Mr. Mai in Thailand. I love tats; next I'm getting a Japanese Angel of the Zen branch of Buddhism.

If you want to do Chinese and not Korean for your 中国凤凰 - Zhōng guó fèng huáng - Chinese Phoenix, you must be careful about how you put the characters together, as the meaning can change in various contexts. If you want to put them together in proper context, contact me via my profile and I help customize it for you (vertical/horizontal/arced or whatever). I can even write it in 中国书法 - Zhōng guó shū fǎ (Chinese calligraphy) and send you pics. Don't worry, my girlfriend is Chinese and can double check it. Some people are going to come on here and tell you the Korean characters. It is obvious from your question that you know that in Korea, Chinese characters are used as well. Here are the Korean characters if you want them.

Korean - English

사랑 - love

존경 - respect

신망 - trust

재스민 - Aries

백양궁 - jasmine

Sorry, I don't know Korean phonetics

extremely grooved's answer is in Simplified Chinese. Here I provide you with the Trditional Chinese version of these words:

1. 愛 = love

2. 尊重 or 敬重 = respect, whereas 尊敬 is closer to "admire"

3. 信任 = trust

4. 茉莉 or 茉莉花 = Jasmine

5. 白羊座 or 牡羊座 = Aries (白羊 means "white sheep" and 牡羊 means "male sheep")
