when I opens new tab in opera, control goes to new tab, this is not desiarable for me.
I searched all tool options but didn't get this option.

By control-clicking, or right clicking, you will see the menu option to "Open in background tab." You can use this, or use the shortcut named beside it (on a mac, this is command-shift-click). I do not think that is possible. All new tabs are always made active.
You might try searching on an Opera Forum.
