If our government does nothing about people walking into the country by the millions . Sould that give the people the right to take action . We have a govenment that is failing the voice of the People .So does that give the right to the state and local law to take action .

I don't think people will stand up against our government about anything untill it's too late. But then people will just say, "well you voted for your officials". But that is stupid.
Yesd we have the right, but no it won't happen.

The state and local governments are worse than the feds. The only 2 ways something legitimate will be done is if a Federal Official takes a stand that the citizens want or worse some catastrophe happens involving illegal immigrants and law abiding citizens where law abiding citizens decide to take up arms against all foreigners and possibly the politicians who supported foreigners over citizens rights.

Yes this is not even my opinion. The Supreme Court ruled over 100 years ago in Briscoe VS the bank of Kentucky that if the federal government can not do its job then the states can assume those powers until the federal government wakes up and decides to act.

As bad as we may want to, we as a people can't afford to take the law into our own hands. Only by the vote can we change things, and even then there's no guarantee we get what we thought we were going for. No one is more displeased with illegal immigration than I am but I'm not going to comprimise myself and my country because others choose to.

Well people in Washington that are supposed to represent us, no longer do so. So states need to keep illegals out, by whatever they deem as necessary, We have a president in la la land so he can't be reeled in, so I think in areas where the illegals could be patrolled with local crime watch groups. Arrest employers who have undocumented workers and most of all, send them home, all of them.

You don't have the "right" to take action. In the USA, as in any civilized nation, the RULE OF LAW prevails. You know full well, or should know, that state and local laws have no jurisdiction over immigration. Guys a lot smarter than you and me made the rules a long time ago.

So. You don't have the right, either to take the law into your own hands or expect a lower jurisdiction to do so either.

yes because in our constitution, it give us the right to do whatever the hell we want to. but wait, does that mean we can stop them from ruining our government since they are free to do what they want??? they are THE PEOPLE also???
