Barbados!

Light blue/aqua water and white/sandy sands - cannot resist those - the palm trees are beautiful, too - love to be at the beach to either go swimming or catch a tan.

People are very friendly, the food, some of them, are different to taste, its capital, Bridgetown, is known for duty-free shopping ranging from shoes to clothes to jewellery to alcohol.

There's no McDonald's there but there's KFC and Chefette (in case you wonder what that is - here's the link: http://www.chefette.com/ ), Big John's, Chicken Barn, stuff like that. KFC in North America honestly tastes better than KFC in Barbados (I can't speak for other Caribbean islands as I've only been to Trinidad and haven't tried KFC there if they have).

Barbados' public transportation is $1.50 BDS one way which is like maybe 50 cents USD. Either a minibus, big bus or route taxi.

That beautiful island has some great stuff that's cheap, otherwise pretty much everything is expensive but if you're smart and find bargains, you're in luck.

The nightlife is GRRReat! Located at St. Lawrence Gap - has clubs, also there's Harbour Lights and The Boatyard, as well as Club Xtreme.
