I know soprano is the highest and alto is the lowest...what's the middle called?

mezzo soprano. in the school choir we call it sopramo 2.

Mezzo-soprano, it's right between alto and soprano. Most songs in that range are great belter songs.

They're all right, it's also called "second soprano" They harmonize alot with the first (highest) sopranos.
