It's tricky but: Ride the Blue Line from National Airport to the Rosslyn Station. Go to the lower platform and catch the Orange Line to West Falls Church. At the WFC station, there will be signs directing you to where you can catch the shuttle to Dulles Airport.

You can also catch the 5A Metrobus at the Rosslyn Station to Dulles Airport, but the Washington Flyer has space under the bus for your luggage, and the Metrobus doesn't.

you cant. there is no train access to dulles as of yet.... but it's coming. They do have a bus from Rosslyn that runs to Dulles. You can take the train from regan (DCA) to Rosslyn (blue line) and then take the bus to Dulles. I dont remember what the exact line is but you can go to www.metroopensdoors.com and get all that information.

good luck

Take the Blue Line train towards Largo Town Center (the trains will have "Largo" on them) and disembark at Rosslyn Station. At Rosslyn, hop on the 5A Bus to Dulles.
