Lord Rama, 7th Avatar of Vishnu, was born in Ayodhya 2 Million Years ago in the Treta Yuga. His palace still stands, and the various places he visited during His avatara are still existent, such as the Forest, Chitrakoota, Hut where He stayed during His exile with Goddess Sita and Sri Lakshmana. The Ramar Sethu is the Bridge He built with the Vanara Sena, and it still remains, connecting India and Sri Lanka. Although Atheists refuse to accept the facts, the Bridge has been dated to be 1.75 Million Years Old and appears to be man-made. There's enough 'proof'.
Lord Krishna, the 8th Avatar of Vishnu, was born in Mathura approx. 5000 Years ago in the Dwapara Yuga. The various places such as Vrindavan, where He exhibited His divine pastimes, the Govardhan Hill that He lifted and of course, the recently excavated City of Dwaraka, that He ruled. The archaeological findings of Dwaraka correlate the descriptions of the Scriptures. Plus, the texts mention a Seal that Lord Krishna gave to the people. Such a Seal has been discovered. In addition, weapons have been excavated at Kurukshetra, site of the Mahabharata War.
Poets sing that even now in Vrindavan, there lingers still a sweet scent of Butter, that dear Lord Krishna liked as a child.
Hindus have reason to believe that divinity existed in India and only India alone simply because the history of Ancient India is one of peace, prosperity and intelligence. While the world engaged in holy wars and the like, the religions of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism advocate peace and tolerance. There is no other faith as profound and deep as the one we have. Hindus believe that India (Bharatavarsha) was chosen as the Spiritual Center of the World by the Lord Himself, and the reason is known to none but Him only.
I have mentioned everything here. Personally, I do not believe in 'Proof'. Lord Krishna exists in the heart and soul of a true devotee. This is the Ultimate and Eternal Truth, Sanatana Dharma.

There is no other nation in the world which stakes a claim to their birth places except India. That is sufficient proof.
The whole point is political not factual because what happened thousands of years ago cannot be proved when the evidence is no longer available.
The fact that these epics are narrated by word of mouth by successive generations in India is sufficient proof that the epics belong to India.
How come we do not narrate the Trojan war in India?
The point raised today is whether Rama & Krishna existed at all???? Why is it so important? Hindus live by those epics and consider them sacred. That is enough to satisfy most people with common sense.

Hai somethings are beyond our knowledge, but still i would like to answer this question. As per our epics they say Lord Ram is born in Ayodhya and Lord Krishna in Mathura, they also say that there is some evidence for it like the presence of the remains of the Mathura under the sea somewhere in Gujarat i hope, but i do not know exactly where, One more thing, i think God is universal and represented in different forms in different religions. But i have a question regarding the ten avatars, they say that the last avatar will be the kalki avatar, an avatar with sword in hand, but my question is when our technology is so advanced with use of nuclear weapons, what can God do with an avatar with Sword in his hand. Please also forgive me if i am hurting anyone my asking such a silly question.

We all Hindus believe that Lord Rama was born in Ayodhya on the banks of Sarayu river. Similarly Lord Krishna was born in Mathura on the banks of Narmada River. Even now all people celebrate the birthdays of these lords with lot of reverence.
Whether they are really born or not is only ones belief. I need not convince any one on that point. If we look into our own lineage, many of us have seen our grand father and a few great grand father. All of us do not know, the father , grand father and great grand father of our great grand father. When we do not know our own forefathers, I do not think we question others.
If you are true follower and devotee please do not bother about others arguments. You need not take pains to convince them. You might have noticed how much the advocates suffer to produce evidences to convince the judges. Despite that the judiciary will not so easily agree or accept them.
We are not born to change the views of others. In this process of convincing others we should not loose the sight of our mission.

It has been "been" scientifically proved that a war of the scale (in terms of bloodshed , not numbers ) occured in Kurukshetra .
And that there was actually a character of Lord Krishna with supreme powers.
That Lord Rama existed also has evidence in places as wide apart as Kanyakumari and Ayodhya .
Of course, the epic Texts Ramayana and Mahabharatha may contain many things which do not seem feasible and super-natural ;yet they are Texts and may have certain things shown in a divine way.
And moreover matters of faith do not always go down with proofs and cases.
is there enough scientific evidence to prove the existence of Moses ,Ark of Noah or other similar Mythological things ?

Puranas give king lists which trace the geneology of royal personages. There are two lines. ; Suryavamsha and Chandravamsha. Suryavamsha is traced back to Ikshvaku; Chandravamsha to Ila. In the Suryavamsha there are two lines: the main Ikshvaku and the junior Janaka. In the Chandravamsha there are five main lines, including Puru's and Yadu's. Rama is from the Ikshvaku line; Sita from the Janaka. Incidentally , Kekayi is from the Chandravamsha.Krishna is a Yadu. Further, Krishna is about 30 generations after Rama.

Bhagavan Rama and Bhagavan Krishna descended in Aryavarta at Ayodhya and Mathura, now placed in India. The gentlemen(?) posing doubt have directly fallen from hell to this place to get themselves corrected but still remaining 'blank & empty' as the mouth of their vessel is tightly closed/sealed.
