A bowl of white rice with vegetarian chicken satay sticks and fried egg with soy sauce
An espresso coffee with soy milk
A Turkish bread roll with creamy parsley dip, olives, onion, rocket, tomato and balsamic vinegar
Fresh squeezed orange juice
Some Italian lemon biscuits with tea
And I am about to make roasted fennel bulb and asparagus with a creamy spinach penne pasta bake
1 litre of water
(hey it is interesting actually remembering what you ate and comparing it to others... what I ate today seems very normal to me but perhaps not to everyone... LOL at eyeballs and bugers!)

late morning:
2 fried eggs
some bacon strips
2 whole wheat wraps
sliced nectarine, some blueberries, a few blackberries, sliced kiwi
evening:
rice and lentils, salad (some lettuce, some red onions, avocado), BBQ meat.
Pomegranate juice
Before bed :
mini container of fruit sweetened yogurt.
Ok I wasn't that hungry lately but I enjoyed what I ate.
