I know this is a weird question, but sometimes I drink soda because I feel like I need or want that fizz in my mouth and down my throat. Does anyone feel the same?

Yes, sometimes I used to just "need a coke" to drink. About 5 years ago I just decided to stop drinking soda. I think it's the sugar that I craved more than the fizz. I haven't had a soda since. Do you think it's the fizz or the high from sugar and caffeine?
