met a guy on vacation and he asked me to consider moving there but it gets complicated please give opinions?

heres the facts: hes 9 years older im 23 hes 32, has a GF of 2 months, he works at a resort (where they basically get paid to flirt) however, we really hit it off we hung out after he got off work hanging out at the resorts bars, talked all day while he "worked", on his days off he invited me to a beach, and his pickup football game. i shrugged it off cause i figure oh its his job,to talk and be friendly. but i found myself really falling for him...hes so humble and sweet and kinda shy. He would walk me back to my hotel room every night to make sure i was safe,a few nights because i probabally wouldnt have made it back without his help, i kissed him good night on the cheek a few times and there were hugs exchanged but he never tried anything. My last day i met him at his car and he had tears in his eyes, it took all i had not to ball my eyes out (im not that kind of girl) i miss him so much and moving there wouldnt be horrible for me but i dont know if i should for a guy i just met
