My cousin is in Kadena AB and he is moving to America, We ask him where exactly but no answer. Is it Top secret information for him not to tell until he is there....

No it is not a matter of national security where he is going next. Maybe he doesn't know exactly right now (which is weird because it should say on the orders). Perhaps he just doesn't want to tell anyone yet, or he's trying to make it sound more important then it is.

It is possible he may not have the exact place yet...just knows he is going to be moving back stateside and is waiting to see which base he gets. Most AF have a list of places they would like to go, so he may be hoping for one of his choices. Also, depending on what he does, where and how he is contacting you and recieveing email, he may not feel it is a secure enough line to say anything..the military can make folks a bit paranoid about those things. Or it could be he simply doesn;t want to say...for whatever reasons. Just wait and stop asking...my bet is you'll find out eventually.

With the AF orders system, he might just be trying not to Jinx himself!! :-)
Then again he may just have what's called a rip and not Hard Copies yet. A rip just says that you've got a slot at the base, not bonafied orders. Even with a rip, your orders can be changed at the last minute due to AF needs.
Ask him if he has hard copies yet and if he continues to be secretive leave well enough alone. Maybe he REALLY can't tell you!

maybe he just doesn't want you to know.. or maybe he doesn't know yet himself. tain't none of your business anyway unless he wants you to know.
