Firstly, state your question more clearly and indicate in which country you are taking this exam.

O.K. India.
Now, what does your instructor suggest you write? Follow his advice. Otherwise, ask one or several current, active commercial pilots who have passed this exam for their opinion. good luck.

I agree, which country are you in? In the U.S., I don't think there is any written paper requirement.
