I am having problems transferring pictures from my L12 camera. It says tha it is enumerating then goes away and sometimes it says 0 out of 0 pictures selected for transfer. The batteries are brand new and the camera is on when i try to do it. Please help

try to use a card reader.
some people say transfering picture with a cable puts a lot of loading pressure on the camera's chip and it's not good to the camera. i don't know is it ture. i think a card reader is easy coz i don't need those software

It is generally recommended that to try to transfer camera direct you should use the AC power adapter and not the camera's battery. It far easier and fool proof to use a card reader, if your computer doesn't have it built in.

try to conecct to usb port ans a window will pop up
then go and find pics cut and paste to ur hard drive
