Depends on where you live. Here is So Cal I can get strawberry Cool Whip at Vons, Ralphs or Albertsons.

I've seen it at Walmart neighborhood markets and the super centers, as well as Homeland stores, in OKC area

super g and acme in the delaware area- i've seen it there
or you can make any flavor topping you want this way
1 tub of cool whip,
1 box of jello
only add the hot water, dissolve jello, cool to room temp or under
whip in topping, chill again till set- flavored topping!!
i've used it to make tons of flavors
