There's a helicopter planned for heavy lift to take over for the CH-47 and CH/MH-53's. The plan is to phase out the 53's, then the 47's. Last I heard it was scheduled for around the year 2020 when both the army and navy will use the same heavy lift aircraft. With the way congress changes priorities every year, it is anyone's guess as to when these aircraft will be replaced.

Yes, the Marine Corps is already conducting training at Camp Lejeune using a V-22 Osprey. The MV-22 is an advanced technology, vertical/short takeoff and landing (VSTOL) multipurpose tactical aircraft and is scheduled to replace the aging CH-46E and CH-53D helicopters currently in service

Edit:
Correction I misread “47” for “46”, so perhaps some else knows for sure.

Edit:
CH-47F The CH-47F, an upgraded D model, first flew in 2001 and the first production model was rolled out on June 15, 2006 at the Boeing facility in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, and had its maiden flight on October 23, 2006.[3] The CH-47F was designed to extend the service life of the Chinook class beyond 2030.

Looks like some think it's worth keeping the old "Sh@t Hook". Was offered a ride one time way back in 75. I declined as some crew chiefs were making jokes about taking our steel pots to catch hydraulic fluid. That was before the many upgrades.
