This is my dads recipe but everything is to your taste and how many folks you are cooking for.

2 - 4 Cans of Pork and Beans
1 - 2 lbs hamburger meat browned
1 - 2 Onions chopped to your liking
1 - 2 Bell Pepper chopped to your liking
4 - 6 Stalks Celery diced to your liking
Yellow Mustard to your liking
Ketchup to your liking
Worcester sauce to your liking
Salt & Pepper to taste
Brown Sugar to your liking
***You can use a little tomato sauce if you like with the ketchup***

Stir all ingredients into large pot with the browned hamburger meat and cook until onions, bell pepper, and celery are tender or soft (your choice).

This recipe can be made for a family of 4 or for a large cook-out. Just add more until you have the amount to feed your herd.

Baked Beans
28 oz can pork and beans (or two regular-sized cans of 14 oz. each)
4 strips of bacon, crumbled
1 onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 tomato, chopped fine
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup Dr Pepper or Gingerale

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Drain liquid from the pork and beans. Pour beans into a bean pot, if you have one, or a baking dish if you don't. Gently mix in onion, green pepper and tomato into the beans. Combine sugar, Dr Pepper or Gingerale, until sugar is dissolved. Pour evenly over the bean mixture. Bake, covered, for an hour.

Just add this baked bean seasoning to a can of pork and beans with a little catsup and bacon and you will have perfect sweet baked beans.

Ingredients: brown sugar, dextrose, modified food starch, natural hickory smoke, dehydrated onion, mustard powder (vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, tumeric, maltodextrin starch).
