Do not brush your teeth more than twice a day. It could be just your natural color. Don't worry about it now. You should go ahead and use any toothpaste you like and maybe go for a good whitening product (something along the lines of Crest White Strips...)
So, do not panic or overdo it...

Maybe your teeth only appear to be more 'yellow' because of the artificially too white teeth that we are getting used to seeing now.
Ultra Brite is good. Their slogan used to be "Whiter looking teeth are just a tube away".
I remember the teeth whitening agent that was on the market in the '70's and '80's.
It was determined that too much usage deteriorates your teeth in the long run.
Maybe it's the same now.
I've seen people with too white teeth and the edges of their teeth are transparent.

If you drink a lot of soft drink that could cause it, i used to drink WAY too much diet coke but i stopped and my teeth aren't so bad now. It stains them so i don't think brushing gets stains off or you could try whitening products like gel or tape but make sure it doesn't damage your teeth or you'll be off even worse (in the long run).

Brushing ten times a day will not whiten your teeth, it will only wear them down. Drinking soda, tea, or coffee can stain your teeth. Try whitestrips if you're really worried about it.
Edit- yeah you have starbucks on your avatar, that's most likely the cause.

OTC toothpaste will not whiten heavy coffee, tea or intrinsic stains (stains from within your teeth). Toothpaste are made with very mild whitening ingredients since we use it daily. You may want to consider Crest whitestripes. They seem to an effective OTC whitener out on the market. Otherwise, consult with your dentist or dental hygienist for stronger RX strength whiteners like Zoom, Opalescence...

dude, the cheapest and BEST stuff is Ultra bright!!! Its the best, but it requires consistency...if you use something else for like a week, yellowness starts coming back. I love that tooth-paste!
