My son is allergic to tree nuts. My advice to you is to see an allergy doctor who can test you and tell you the things you are allergic to. I can also tell you if you are having reactions such as itching and swelling, you are prone to having an anaphylactic reaction (throat swelling shut and no air being able to get through). Please get tested. Your doctor might want you to carry an epi pen with you incase your allergies are severe.

Hmmm. Wierd. You could just make sure that all the fruits and veggies are well cooked. You must be allergic to some enzyme/chemical that denaturizes when cooked. Otherwise I'd just take a regular multivitamin. It's be kinda a pain to check on ALL the vitamins that are in fruits and veggies and then get a separate suppliment for each.

I don't think it's just a matter of missing vitamins, although you can take supplements to help boost your immune system. You probably need to avoid raw fruits, but maybe it's only certain kinds? I just read an article that talked about allergies to foods. Here's a copy:

THURSDAY, Aug. 30 (HealthDay News) -- Up to one-third of people with seasonal allergies may suffer oral allergy syndrome (OAS), which results from a cross-reactivity between seasonal airborne pollen proteins from weeds, grass and trees and similar proteins in some fresh fruits and vegetables.

Common symptoms of OAS -- also known as pollen-food syndrome -- include: itchiness, tingling or swelling of the mouth, tongue and throat immediately after eating fresh fruits, vegetables and certain kinds of other foods, according to the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI).

In some cases, people may suffer severe throat swelling or even a systemic reaction.

People with ragweed pollen allergies might experience symptoms if they eat foods such as bananas, cucumbers, melons, zucchini, sunflower seeds, chamomile tea and Echinacea.

People with birch tree pollen allergies may experience OAS symptoms if they eat food such as peaches, apples, pears, cherries, carrots, hazelnuts, kiwi fruit or almonds.

In most cases, cooking these foods will reduce or prevent an allergic reaction.

The AAAAI recommends people consult an allergist/immunologist if they:

experience itchy mouth from raw fruits or vegetables;
have limited their diet based upon perceived adverse reactions to food or additives;
have prolonged or severe symptoms of rhinitis;
have nasal polyps;
have co-existing conditions such as asthma or recurrent sinusitis;
have symptoms that interfere with their quality of life and/or ability to function;
have found medications to be ineffective or have had adverse reactions to medications;
are a child with allergic rhinitis. Immunotherapy may prevent the development of asthma.

Take vitamin C with bioflavonoids. I used to have the same allergy. Even getting the juice on my hands would make them break out in a rash. After I was on allergy desensitation shots for pollen allergies for five years, my allergy to raw fruits and vegetables went away! Now I can even eat salad.

weird, it's the first time i heard that veggies/fruits causes allergy, just be sure that it is washed thoroughly or cooked well. it's not the fruits/veggies, it might be the process, if not... i think it's psychological lolz maybe you really really hate veggies and fruits that's why your brain commands your body to refuse intaking hahaha!
see you get sick all the time, that might be psychological too

Its best to talk to your doctor about what supplements you will need.

No one on here should be giving you advice like that on here.
