no you can't. all kinds of things can happen that affect the amount of time. Also just because you had them doesnt' mean you won't need them again. even if you wear your retainer there are cases where the teeth shift back. It's not an exact science. Things work for some people where they never have to repeat but other people have treatment several times. I'm not trying to scare you but it depends on what's going on with you - stress or whatever. teeth move, that's just how it is.

Not unless they're forcing you to keep them on I think. Otherwise it's like suing your garbage man for taking your garbage.

that just means you had worse teeth alignment than was originally thought.

you arent paying for the time, you pay for the equipment and stuff, so any more time than they first thought, you ARENT paying for it.
