cheap/good road bike parts?

i am looking for some upgrades for my older trek bike. i would like to get a new set of handlebars, adjustable stem and threaded headset. any suggestions where to get good deals? i have been ebay hunting, performancebike.com, nashbar.com....

I use all 3 you mentioned. One other is pricepoint.com.

i dont know u could try visiting some garage sales they usally have good prices
