No such software.......

the most happening reason for the cd/dvd getting sctrached is that, people pul out the media and then wipe it with shirt or pant..... (90%) and in other is dust/finger print/etc......

Now as no soft solution is the their, but one hard solution is there...
Search for a clock repair shop...... the one who clean your wrist watch glass with a buffing machine......
he can buff your cd/dvd to remove the sctrach ...
mind you.... it will reduce the thickness of media and so the important thing is to immediately take the backup and then burn it on new media.....
i have sucessfully tried the solution 23 cd sucess out of 27 cd.

ask urself why do u want it on a new CD/DVD? because its scratched up etc...the reason ur worried about it being scratched etc... is because it wont play or work. the only way to copy wats on it is to put it in and copy it. if its to scratched up its not gonna work no matter what u do. the best chance u have is to buy a drive that has a very very powerful lense. thats bout all u can do without buying some scratch remover.

To my knowledge there is no such software.
Remember if the Quality of the CD or DVD is bad to begin with there in no way to repair it.
This is the reason to take care of any CD or DVD Media.
A lot depends on what you are able to live with Qualitywise.
