I've made this one a few times and it was a real hit with the hubby.
combine in a large bowl
1/2 cup of dry red wine
3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoon Canola oil
1/4 cup of zesty Italian Salad Dressing
3-4 cloves of crushed garlic
2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoons of Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoons dried sweet basil
I usually use a nice thick cut Prime Rib Steak, but Sirloin or Ribeye will work well also.
Soak the steak for at least 2 hours in the marinade (longer is better). Then grill as usual to desired doneness, re-dipping the steak into the marinade every few minutes to insure it is nice and juicy.

Season your steak with Garlic fresh is best, but powder will do okay, season salt (Lawry's), ground pepper, and onion powder, rub in well, add 3 TBS Worcestershire sauce, and 3 TBS Italian dressing.I put them in a zip lock bag in the fridge for anywhere from 1 to 8 hours... Cook for about 4 minutes on each side for a med rare steak on high on your grill ..
As far as slow cook chicken and pork, the chicken, I'm assuming your talking whole chicken, rub with veg or olive oil, season with sage, salt and pepper, cook for 1/2 hour for every pound at 325, basting every half an hour..
Pork, ... Loin? Season similar to the steak... and I sear it fast on the grill, and then turn off the back burners off, and move it to a spot where there are no flames, turn the other burners down to med low and cook until not pink in the center any more.. depends on the size how long you will cook it.. small ones, about 1/2 hour, bigger ones up to 1 hour.. check it with a knife to be sure it is done. It will continue to cook after you remove it from the grill for about 15 minutes... don't over cook it... ENJOY!

you should ask this in the cooking/recipe section..instead of the v&v section.
you obviously have no life, since you think that you are funny and get your kicks out of bothering people who have made a different choice than you, miss piggy8. there will be no piggies left for you to name yourself after soon, because you're probably eating them all.

Well I was just going to throw a nice thick really red NY strip on the grill. Here's what I do. I lightly scrape both sides with a knife to get any processing suet off. Then I rub in a garlic puree on both sides. Season salt and fresh ground pepper both sides. Get the coals white hot and make sure the grill surface is really hot. Toss it on, press it on the grill to "brand it". Flip over and "brand the other side". Cook 'til done.
Pork and chicken I like to use the indirect method with the charcoal grill. I use a Weber. You use just a few coals at a time to maintain a steady heat. If the coals get too hot, spray with water to cool them down and baste the meat if necessary. Towards the end of the cooking cycle, soak some wood chips (hickory, mesquite, applewood, etc.) in water for about 1/2 hour. Throw them on the coals and cover and it will give you the greatest smoky taste.
Make sure the wind is blowing the smoke over into a veggie-head's yard.

GOD! You are the second person in here who has asked questions about eating meat when the people who go to this section tend to be vegetarians and vegans because THIS IS THE VEGETARIAN/VEGAN SECTION. What is you people's problem? The ******* cows and pigs and chickens did nothing to you!

you probably did it on purpose to get a rise out of the vegetarians and vegans, but perhaps you can check what category you put this kind of question into before you post it? that would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

Why are you asking vegetarians this? Why not ask a grilling chef or a butcher? Obviously you don't have to much common sense.

1. Put the steak on a barbecue grill, cook till done as you like it.
Any particular reason you posted this in the "Vegetarian and Vegan" section?
