Let me count the ways.... the smooth silky flavor, the euphoria after word..the taste alone... plus it does "something" to a lot of women, especially the dark stuff... that men like very much!

The lingering after taste. Especially with dark chocolate.
My girlfriend used to buy this stuff called O'Coco's Organic Chocolate Crisps. They had a strong addictive after taste.
I also love those Ghirardelli Squares.

I love the flavor especially in dark chocolate. Make sure it has cream filling too.

You mean why do people like to eat them? Because they taste good....? They're an aphrodisiac too, if you like the happy warm fuzzy feeling of that.
