He's not in the entertainment business if that is what you are looking for.
One of these days soon though He will be separating the sheep from the goats.

Everything has been given to humanity to create a planetary civilization that is united, prosperous, and caring. We have brains, technology, and profound and pragmatic social systems outlined for us in the writings of the world's universal educators. Humanity has been given the requisite information over the ages through Krishna, Moses, Zoroaster, Buddha, Christ, Muhammad, The Bab, and today Baha'u'llah to carry forward an ever-advancing civilization. The All-Knowing Physician has its finger on the pulse of humanity and has prescribed the healing remedy. The more important question is why aren't we looking at those systems with an unprejudiced and unbiased mind, and why aren't WE doing anything??? Bring on the thumbs down.

Your question seems to refer to the so-called 'theodicity' problem... considering all the evil in the world, why does a caring, all-loving and all-belevolent god do something about it? There has been a lot of convoluted back-and-forth on this... but it essentially comes down to this...
* He CAN'T do anything about it... he is impotent, rather than omnipotent
* He CAN do something about it... but he WON'T... therefore he is NOT caring, all-loving and all-belevolent... he is EVIL
* God does not exist
There are various convoluted ditherings which try to rationalize and make excuses... but it is just horseshit. God does not exist... so any brainpower expended in trying to make excuses for a fairy-tale is a total waste.

Someone explained to me that God answers prayer with solutions God chooses, not what we choose. If we're looking for something we ask for we may miss what we are being given.
Besides that, God gave humans free will and my belief is that for the most part God is just watching us destroy the world and each other and is waiting to pick up the litter when we're done.

He does everything. He makes miracles. Some people only don't see it but God does work in mysterious ways.

Its all about Timing. Consider that it took 4,000 years from the first Prophecy to be fulfilled in Jesus.

God has a lot of creative power; He brings things into being.
He puts the ideas in men's heads, so that things can't be brought into the world....
It was God who brought this high definition DVD into the world. It didn't exist 10 years ago. Now it does.
