Homemade tartar sauce and/or
Light dijon mustard with a drop of honey and mayo

TRADER JOE's Spicy Remoulade.
It is great with crab cakes, on a sandwich, with any type of meat. Get several bottles, put into nice dishes. Save the time cooking for something else!!!!

Chipotle or Wasabi Mayonnaise, would add a nice kick.
