find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i got here across the e book to be very informative and consumer-friendly to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely in touch that i'm dropping too lots weight, too at as quickly as. i'm going to confess i've got no longer accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet extra often than not) and doing little or no workout, however the burden keeps flying off. It of course works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it may scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i could lose. Water, water and more water.
Drink it as often and as much as you can.
It's good for weight control, skin and hair...it's great!
Drink water, eat veggies and walk.
This is Sept, you have PLENTY of time to lose 25 lbs. before summer!
Eat lots of veggies, walk and drink as much water as you can possibly drink.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. well depending on how much you weigh, it could be easy or hard to loose weight, like if you are 115 it would be near impossible to loose that much and still be healthy. but if you weighed like 135 it wouldnt be that hard. do things that increase your matabolism like chew gum and drink lots of water and eat orange veggies. yoga and pilates are also good. special k diet works and it is very tasty. if you want to loose weight and look at numbers instead of your size (which i wouldnt recomend, its just stupid) than go on a diet, if you want to drop a pants size, do aerobics or yoga if you want to slim without becoming muscular. remember, if you do choose to work out, remember muscle weighs more than fat.

Eat right, which means no fast food and no junk food,,,And only eat small portions of healthy, good food...and as soon as you finish eating, get off your butt and walk or job...do a routine of situps and pushups everyday...swallowing a pill or drinking some shake wont help you...it takes disipline and rigerous exercise,,,
