According to the story of Job he doesn't punish us he just removes his protection when we request it. The wicked are punished but by their own doing. Karma, or from exposure to the evil force if you will. It's actually pretty much the same concept in pretty much every major religion known to man.
When we start to focus on the negative, we attract more of it into our lives.
Ever see "pan's labyrinth"? It's a Spanish movie, it's a story based on folklore from the ancient European cultures (not Christianity), and illustrates that common religious theme pretty well.

He's only judgmental to the extent of him wanting the best for us. He doesn't exactly punish us, he lets us live life and learn from what we live. I'm not all "churchie" but I was raised in a religious home. I know what I've learned and I know he loves us and everything that matters has a reason for turning out the way it does.

Because God is truthful, holy, righteous and the ultimate good, he can not allow an evil, unrighteous, unholy person to inherit the kingdom of heaven and therefore he must judge them. No one measures up to God's high standard on his own accord . That is why God came to earth in the form of a man (Jesus Christ) to offer and freely give his sinless life as a payment for our sins. When we are washed in his blood we are then holy and righteous and acceptable to God. All one has to do is accept the gift of salvation. Its very simple really, to get started. First you need to admit that you are a sinner in need of a Savior. Then you repent of your sins, ( quit sinning to the best of your ability), accept the pardon Jesus gives, and start living a different life. A life dedicated to Jesus Christ, a living sacrifice to God. As you grow in Christ's love you will be transformed into a new person. Becoming a believer in Jesus is much more than a mere intellectual belief in him. It is a living personal relationship with the creator of the universe. Totally awesome! Don't reject God and his promises....Come to Christ. We love him because he first loved us

The same reason a parent punishes children when they do something wrong: It IS possible to punish out of love you know, because you want your children to grow up knowing right from wrong. Ever see what happen to a kid that never got punished? The word "brat" ring a bell?

Did your earthly father punish you when you did something wrong? Perhaps He is trying to teach you something that you desperately need to learn. Did you ever think that perhaps God is not punishing you, but that Satan is manipulating you into not believing in Him by causing problems in your life? By causing you put the blame on God when it is Satan who is a fault? Satan is known as "The Great Deceiver" afterall.

Our God is a just God. We have broken His law and justice demands that we be punished. Scripture makes it clear that the wages of sin is death. However Jesus came that we may have life and have it more abundantly. Believe and be baptized and you will be saved but He who does not believe has already been condemned.

He used good judgement to create the heavens, he used judgement how to create us,....he made laws to judge us if we are doing what is right or wrong....so he must use good judgement to correct us. So that means all is Good that comes from god........I think his judgement is righteous compared to our little minds.
Peace

He isn't. That is a lie promulgated by some Christians who presume to speak for God, but in point of fact, know nothing of Him. The answer is right there in the question: God is all knowing and all loving; ergo, He does not judge us, He only sends us to repeat our lives until we get it right, but ultimately everyone gets to Heaven. And no religion or faith or belief is superior to another when it comes to ascending into the Kingdom of Heaven; Heaven is not an exclusive club for some Christians.

How about by damning people for acts he knew they would do all along, and that they were born predestined to do? Oh, and for not intervening or stopping in matters of injustice and pain that he is also aware of.

Because He is also just. Each gets judged according to what he/she did and will receive their just reward.
