Hi,

I am 5'10 and around 135-140 ish just by not doing much but I have to go down to 125 or less to do straight size modeling. Any tips on how to do this in a healthy way kind of quickly?

I plan to do 2 hours of exercise. one hour of toning, one hour of cardio, and eat very healthy but if anyone know anything extra, that would help a bunch!

Hi,

I wish you well. Hopefully you know that you have good chances for modeling if you do this diet.

I would tell you to eat as healthy as possible and that needs a lot of self-control. Eat fruits and vegetables with not much restriction. Eat preferably fish or some poultry (skinless chicken breast). No fried foods, no junk food. Milk, yogurt, non fat. Do not skip breakfast, you need to eat to start your day otherwise if you workout it won't take long that you find yourself exhausted and malnourished. Do not drink soft drinks ever. Only water, milk, juices and herbal teas.

You should have in your diet vitamins, proteins, minerals and little carbs.

Be careful that you don't do this too fast, I think you could lose 2 pounds per week and you should feel fine but I would not recommend more. Listen to your body for signs of exhaustion and hunger.

Exercise is important, cardio very important (running is great) for losing weight. You want to tone without building up muscle, because muscle is heavier than fat, so keep your weights light.

good luck

Why isn't 140 good enough? A year ago, becasue of what I was and wasn't doing, I was down to 145-150 and I'm somewhere between 5'11" to six feet. I was very skinny with my bones sticking out. Not healthy. Not good. Thankfully, I gained weight and was up to a healthy 170 when I was blessed with my pregnancy. Now, in my ninth month, due very soon, I'm up to a healthy 205.

I had frequently been asked, mostly buy men trying to pick me up, why I didn't model. I wanted a career where I was valued for me the person, not me the body. On the day my husband and I married, I was up to at least 180. Ididn't care, as I was loved for me. Even when I was underweight, he still loved me. Now, as we are awaiting the birth of our first child, he finds me more beautiful and sexier than ever. I will be staying home to raise our chlid(ren) and to manage the household-- My dream career. I know there will be days when my husbnad isn't happy with me. I know there will be days when my child(ren) will "hate" me. Yet, they will hate me, and not my body.

I don't get modeling. I've heard too many stories of skinny people being too "fat". My sister-in-law wants to model, but complains that she is too "fat". Ugh.

I don't understand how somebody 5"10' and weighs as little as what you do is healthy. I wasn't really healthy when I was underweight. As it is, I'm not to worried about losing my baby weight. I'll need some for breastfeeding and I have access to a great gym for almost no money. (My husband is in graduate school and as a spouse I have access to the gym of the university with which my husband's school is affiliated and I get the student price of less than $10 for the school year.) If I don't want to leave the baby, or my husband or mother-in-law is not available, there are DVDs and videos. For me, it's not about being skinny, but being healthy.

Im not sure that the weight you want is healthy. Also, I don't think there is a truly healthy way to lose 10-15 pounds "quickly" and healthy.

i found the e book to be very informative and ordinary to study. i've got lost 17 kilos in 12 days, i'm only in contact that i'm dropping too lots weight, too immediately. i'm going to admit i've got not accompanied the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet usually) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden retains flying off. It of course works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it could scare the living daylights out of me as a results of volume that i could lose. So thank you lower back for the strategies. i've got in no way offered something like this till now because of the fact they are frequently crammed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. get all started at present!

What you're planning sounds fine but extreme as well.
As long as you're eating healthy, 2 hours of exercise should be fine.
Along with as much water as you can stand!
