My sister is going out with a real scumbag felon. I lent her money several months ago and she has yet to pay me back. What I am pissed off about is she drove, because this piece of .... doesn't have a license, to NJ to gamble and lost $4000. I have a family and was under the impression that I was to be paid back. I think this person broke parole. I want to contact the PA parole department. What do you think?

Also, if she admits that she is doing wrong by seeing this person and she moved out THREE times, how long do you all think this BS will last. It is upsetting me, MY father, and our entire family despises this person and her for degrading our name.

If you call and she finds out then she will hate you. You need to let her wise up on her own. Til then, just be polite if she contacts you, but don't contact her, and don't give her anymore money!

Your sister is making very bad choices but I don't think that you can make her change. You can certainly report him to parole if you have information to give him. You cannot get caught up in your sister's behavior. But, I sure wouldn't be supporting her in any way while she does this. Have you ever heard of "tough love"? That might be indicated here. Check into it.

You can call Parole if you want, but from your description I don't know that he's violated his parole.
My advice is to tell your sister that you love her but you can't let her into your house as long as she is with this guy, and you won't be around him, but you're willing to meet her for coffee now and then.

Call if you want, but ignore anymore money handouts.
